After enrollment, customers often have questions or find they are confused by information about their insurance. Consumers also need access to timely information to make informed decisions regarding the often-complex issues of insurance benefits. Rather than leaving customers to rely solely on the insurance carriers, our internal service department provides support after enrollment. This added service removes the burden from the customer by helping with questions, claims or billing.
