Jenna Hyman, a team member in the Group Service Department at the David M. Gilston Insurance Agency, graduated from Winston Salem State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Psychology and a minor in Biology.  Originally from Durham, North Carolina, Jenna worked as an Office Manager and Medical Records Specialist at a family services center in Durham. Most recently, she worked as a Call Center Operator for Roper St. Francis.

Jenna’s current role at the Gilston Agency is to provide excellent customer service to her Agents and Group Administrators as it relates to membership enrollment, claims research, and bill discrepancies and reconciliation.  She has a strong knowledge of customer service, specifically in the medical field, and as a result, understands the importance of thorough claims research and timely, professional communication.

Jenna and her husband, Brenton, have one daughter and enjoy spending time with family and traveling.
