Originally from Haverhill, Massachusetts, Mackenzie graduated cum laude from Coastal Carolina University – HTC Honors College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management.

Most recently, she worked as a Patient Coordinator for Charleston Endodontics. Additionally, she was the Local Market Manager for Grit and Grace farmers markets. 

​

Mackenzie’s current role at the Gilston Insurance Agency is to provide outstanding customer support to her Agents and Group Administrators as it relates to membership enrollment, claims research, and bill discrepancies. She additionally assists in Employee Navigator-related service. She has a strong background in customer service, and as a result, understands the importance of timely professional communication and assisting others.

In Mackenzies spare time, she enjoys cheering on the Chanticleers and Gamecocks on Saturdays, cooking, reading, and yoga.
