Denise Goettsch, Director of Internal Operations, graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and a double minor is Spanish and Portuguese.

Denise began her professional career in 1992 in International Logistics. Proficient in both Spanish and Portuguese, she has traveled to Brazil, Thailand, France, Mexico, Belize and Honduras.

​

After 27 years in logistics, Denise moved into a new career and joined the Gilston Insurance Agency. In her role as the Director of Internal Operations, Denise has been instrumental in creating internal processes and procedures that have led to increased efficiencies throughout the entire agency. She has enjoyed learning the ins and outs of health insurance as well as creating new relationships with clients and coworkers.

Denise and her husband of 30 years, Rodney, have four adult children and six grandchildren. Denise and her husband enjoy travelling, birding and time with family and friends, especially when their children can all be together. One of their many travel goals is to visit all 63 U.S. National Parks.
