Tricia Fisher, Director of Client Relations, graduated cum laude from Robert Morris College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration.

Tricia began her insurance career in 1982 with United Healthcare in claims processing, customer service, and account management. Then, after several years at Wellpath as a Sales Representative, she moved to Pittsburgh to work with UPMC Health Plan in multiple areas including sales, product development, training, and management. 

​

Upon relocating back to South Carolina, Tricia has served in several capacities at the Gilston Insurance Agency, both in Sales and Service. Currently, she serves as the Director of Client Relations, focusing her efforts on Employee Navigator, Employer and Employee Education, and general technology enhancements. 

​

Tricia is a former member and board member of the South Carolina chapter of the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals.

She and her husband, John, have been married for 43 years and currently reside in Canton, GA. In her spare time, Tricia enjoys exploring the North Georgia mountains, gardening, and bird watching.
