Small Group Tax Credit: Beneficial or Not?
Friday, May 21st, 2010The essence of this law is to provide tax incentives to eligible small businesses that provide health insurance benefits for their employees. To be eligible, a small employer must have fewer than 25 employees, average annual wages of less than $50,000, and the employer must pay at least 50% of the employee only premium.
